                                	- The heart needs a constant flow of blood in order to deliver oxygen around the body.
 
	- Foods high in fat contain 'bad' cholesterol, or LDL, which is carried by the blood and sticks to the walls of arteries and restricts blood flow.
 
	- Blocking the flow of blood to the heart will eventually result in a heart attack.
