I am having problems with film playback, what can I do to fix it?
Video playback quality can be adjusted by selecting Preferences in the My Twig section of the site.
Navigate to this section by:
- Clicking on your username and selecting My Twig.
- Now click Preferences.
- Here you can set the video quality for all Twig films. Simply select your preferred quality and click Update Preferences.
You can also update playback on individual films, by clicking on the cog on the film player. You will see an option to change the quality of playback for this video.
