If you are the account holder, you can change your email address and username by going to the My Twig area of the site and selecting My details.

To reset your password, go to fill in the password reset form. You must use the email address that was used to set up your account. Any other email address will not be recognised by the system.

If you are a student, ask your teacher to reset your password for you.
